DKP SYSTEM (IMPORTANT)

GUILD IS STARTING TO USE DKP SYSTEM FROM NEXT WEEK!!!!

Reasons: people pugs, people don't show up on assigned time, people AFK at raids too much or don't care tactics;

Main idea: for each boss killed in guild raid give people DKP points, with which they bid for drops. For each pug, "bad behaviour" or missing raid with no reason minus DKP points.

Measurements:
VOA25 - 5 dkp for fire and Ice bosses;
ICC10/25 - till BQ each boss 2 dkp, after BQ each boss 5 dkp;
RS - Halion 5 dkp;

Punishment:
Being late for raid more than 30mins with no exact reason -5 dkp;
Not attending raid with no exact reason -10dkp;
Pugging raid before graid - 15dkp;
"Bad behaviour" from -1 till -10 dkp;

"Bad behaviours" are: disrespect, afk, don't care tactics; Depends on raid leaders choice: not enchanting or gemming gear, not using flasks, not buffing.... or any other kind of disrespect to other guildies.

If you break rule and prove u have reason for that - u won't get punished.

WE ARE NOT NO-LIFERS WE WILL UNDERSTAND IF PEOPLE DON'T JOIN RAID CAUSE OF REAL LIFE ISSUE AND WON'T PUNISH THEM.

VOA25 time wasn't good for me today. So i have to skip it this week or else i'll be punished? i'm not getting this system.
also for lower GS player as me it really sucks.. peeps with higher gear will collect points more quickly (spending less than those who need everything) so when best gear comes they can bid more. So we do same work but i can't get rarest drops.

I would say better option is to make blacklists. if 2 peeps need same drop, priority is player with best reputation.

I haven't seen this system in action so i might be getting it all wrong so sorry if i am.

That's the point of the system and it's best part, mate! For example. Imagine, that you have about 5k gs and mister "X" has 6k gs and you both are running ICC 25. The item you both are interested in drops. Mister X wants it more since his gear is higher (and he probably wants only few items from ICC 25 anyway). And in ICC 10 you will need all things and mister X will need zero. So it's all fair. Gear must be updated by level (232-245-251-264-271-277-284), not right now 232-264.

But what about punishments for pugging? i don't think there will be one more voa25 group, and i need it. Last week i got sick right before icc25, and had to join a pug later. I think it's normal. Same as i haven't seen anyone making ony groups and noone ever comes when i make them, so, again, i pug them. shit i just earned myself -45dkp

Matains I wrote it twice - if you have good reason to not show up we won't punish you... If you are sick nobody will treat with minus dkp for not raiding. Punished will be just people who don't show up cause they don't want to. If VOA25 time doesn't fit u permanently nobody will punish u either. This system is flexible.
